HOW TO RUN AN A/B TEST

A/B  test (also referred to as a Split test ) is a method of conducting controlled, randomized experiments with the goal of improving a website metric, such as clicks, form completions, or purchases.

It allows marketers to compare two different versions of a web page — a control (the original) and variation — to determine which performs better, with the goal of boosting conversions. Ideally, there will be only one difference between the two pages so the tester can understand the reason behind the change in performance.

How to run an A/B test:

⦁    Click on a page title

⦁    Click split test

⦁    Select New variation

⦁    Create a split test using 'duplicate page form control' or 'create from template'

⦁    Edit your selected split test

⦁    Declare a winner
